This page is an attempt to develop a comprehensive review of the entire spectrum of adult cardiac, pediatric cardiac, and general thoracic surgery that complements and updates the international manual.  The target audience is the global cardio-thoracic surgical community.  As the reviews grow and develop, the flow of the review will contain  hyperlinks to the references and audio visual contacts, with emphasis on operative techniques and procedures.
